LAMB MEAT WITH VEGETABLES
TONGSENG



Ingredients :
200gr lamb meat
2 cabbage leaves
1 tomato
1 unionleaf
10 small chillies / rawit
4 shallots
4 cloves garlic

Method :
1. Slice lamb meat,cabbage,and tomato
     into some parts, slice unioleaf and
     small chlllies intoroud shapes, grind onions
     and garlic onions and garlic fine
2. Fry shallots,garlic and lamb meat,
    after fragrant , put cabbage,tomato,onionleaf,and small chilles
    in stir amoment .
    Add sweet kechup,salt and pepper to taste  
3. Finally pour the broth and let it boil until
    the lamb meat is cooked
4. served with rice
