LAMB CURRY/ GULAI KAMBING


                                                             LAMB CURRY /
                                                          GULAI KAMBING


                                      Ingredients :

                                             250 gr lamb meat
6 shallots
3 cloves garlic
1 cm turmeric
6 candlenuts
4 jeruk purut leaves
1 lemon grss stalk bruised
4 salam leaves
2 lt coconut cream
cooking oil as needed
salt and pepper to taste

Method :

1. Cut lamb into some parts then clean
2. Grind shallots,garlic,candlenuts, and
     turmeric till fine
3. Fry lamb meat with ground spices till fragrant
     add jeruk purut leaves,lemon grass,salam leaves,
salt and pepper to taste.
4. Finally pour coconut cream and let it boil until
the lamb is cooked and coconut cream is thick.
5. Ready to serve.
