KALASAN FRIED CHICKEN


KALASAN FRIED CHICKEN /

AYAM GORENG KALASAN


Ingredients :

1/2 part of chicken nonbroiler
4 shallots
2 cloves of garlic
1 tbs palm sugar
2 lt coconut water
salt and pepper to taste
cooking oil as needed
 Method :

1. Grind sha;;ots and garlic until fine
2. Disolves palm sugar in 1 tbs of water
3. Boil the chicken and the spices in coconut water,
give salt and pepper to taste then cook the
chicken untill the coconut water dries up
4. Leak trough the chicken then fry until
brown enough
5. Serves with sambal and hot rice
