3. Caryota hotel di daerah sukajadi, tepatnya seberang MOOIII outlet dan sederetan Tomodachi...tempatnya enak, bersih, lumayan minimalis cozy ratenya 175 rb up to 300 rb
4. Bapelkes, Jl.Pasteur, tepat di depan RSHS. Tarifnya kalau nggak salah Rp 75rb/malam/kamar. Kamarnya macam-macam, ada yang sekamar 2 ranjang single sampai 6 ranjang tapi tarifnya sama aja, ada kamar mandi di dalam. Kalau nggak dipakai pelatihan, biasanya selalu ada kamar kosong pas weekend. Setau saya, nggak bisa pesan via telp, jadi harus datang langsung.
5. Permata bidakara, lumayan bersih n murah, kamarnya pun besar (booking via travel agent)

6. Wisma Telkom (Jl. Geger Kalong, 100m dr Enhai)
Disitu cuma 150 rb/malam/kamar (1 kamar ada 3 single bed & K.mandi) tempatnya bersih, walaupun ga ada ac, air panas & tv. krn kl aku k bandung, hotel itu cm
buat tidur aja (kan bnyk jalan2 keluarnya...) Udah gitu strategis bgt, ke Jl.

UDANG KARANG BUMBU CABAI


Ingredients :
1 lobster (500 gr)
2 shallots
2 red chillies
2 green chillies
salt and pepper to taste
cooking oil as needed

Method :

1. Boil lobster, then take the meat off and slice set apart 
 2. Slice shallots,red chillies,green chillies
thinly. get the water of lime.
3. Fry shallots,red chillies,green chilles with
a littele cooking oil until fragrant, then
put the meat in. Wait a moment.
4. add lime water,salt and pepper to taste, stir
until even
5. Take out and serve.

GRILLED CHICKEN


GRILLED CHICKEN /
AYAM BAKAR


Ingredients :
1 chicken non broiler
2 pieces of thights
4 shallots
2 cloves of garlic
1/2 tsp coriander/ ketumbar
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
6 candlenuts
2 salam leaves
1 lemon grass stalk
2 cm lengkuas/galingale
4 jeruk purut leaves
1 1/2 lt coconuts cream / santan
1 Tbs sweet ketchup
salt and pepper to taste

Method :
1. Fry coriender and cumin seeds without oil,
then grind them with shallots, garlic, candlenuts,
lemon grass stalk and lengkuas untill fragrant
then stir evenly. Add salam leaves jeruk purut
leaves, coconut cream, salt and pepper to taste.
2. After the coconuts cream shrinks take the chicken
out, Finaly smear the chicken with sweet keetchup
then Grill it until even

KALASAN FRIED CHICKEN


KALASAN FRIED CHICKEN /

AYAM GORENG KALASAN


Ingredients :

1/2 part of chicken nonbroiler
4 shallots
2 cloves of garlic
1 tbs palm sugar
2 lt coconut water
salt and pepper to taste
cooking oil as needed
 Method :

1. Grind sha;;ots and garlic until fine
2. Disolves palm sugar in 1 tbs of water
3. Boil the chicken and the spices in coconut water,
give salt and pepper to taste then cook the
chicken untill the coconut water dries up
4. Leak trough the chicken then fry until
brown enough
5. Serves with sambal and hot rice

CHICKEN OPOR / OPOR AYAM



Ingredients :
1 tender / young chicken
6 onions
3 cloves garlic
10 candlenuts
1/4 tsp coriander
1/4 tsp cumin
1 lemon grass stalk, bruised
4 salam leaves
4 jeruk purut leaves
3 cm lengkuas,bruised
2 lt santan (coconut cream)
salt and pepper to taste
cooking oil as needed

Method
1. Clean the chicken and cut into 8 part
2. Grind onions,garlic,candlenuts,coriander,
and cumin finely
3. Fry ground spices with the chicken, after
they smell fragnant,add lemon grass,salam leaves
,jeruk purut leaves,lengkuas,and pour santan.
let them boil,then add salt and pepper to taste.
4. Cook until the chicken is tender and the sauce
thickens

FISH HEAD CURRY


FISH HEAD CURRY /
GULAI KEPALA IKAN



Ingredients :
1 red kakap fish head
6 shallots
3 cloves garlic
10 candlenuts
1 cm turmeric
6 red chillies
3 slices asam kandida
4 kapulaga
4 clives
4 jeruk purut leaves
2lt santan / coconut cream

Method :
a. cut fish head into some part then clean
boil fish head until cooked, then remove and
leak through
b. Grind shallots,garlic,cenlenuts,turmeric,and
red chillies till fine
c. Fry and spices above till fragnant,then put
boiled fish head in. Add asam kandis kapulaga,
cloves,jeruk purut leaves,and pour cococnut cream
Cook until boiling, finally give salt and pepper
to taste.

FISH OF TOMATO /IKAN BUMBU TOMAT


Ingredients :

700 gr fresh fish water carp / gurami

4 shallots
2 cloves garlic
1 onion leaf
1 tomato
2 tbs tomato sauce
salt and pepper to taste

Method :
1. Clean the fish bowels,divide and get meat
then slice thinly, give salt and pepper to taste
let them a moment so that the spices can be soaked
after that fry sliced fish until cooked, take out
and serve on the oval plate.
2. Mince onions and garlic, slice onion leaf and tomato
then fry all spices, add tomato sauce, salt and pepper
to taste.
3. Stir evenly, then pour on the top of the fried fish.
4. Ready to serve

                                             250 gr lamb meat
6 shallots
3 cloves garlic
1 cm turmeric
6 candlenuts
4 jeruk purut leaves
1 lemon grss stalk bruised
4 salam leaves
2 lt coconut cream
cooking oil as needed
salt and pepper to taste

Method :

1. Cut lamb into some parts then clean
2. Grind shallots,garlic,candlenuts, and
     turmeric till fine
3. Fry lamb meat with ground spices till fragrant
     add jeruk purut leaves,lemon grass,salam leaves,
salt and pepper to taste.
4. Finally pour coconut cream and let it boil until
the lamb is cooked and coconut cream is thick.
5. Ready to serve.

LAMB MEAT WITH VEGETABLES
TONGSENG



Ingredients :
200gr lamb meat
2 cabbage leaves
1 tomato
1 unionleaf
10 small chillies / rawit
4 shallots
4 cloves garlic

Method :
1. Slice lamb meat,cabbage,and tomato
     into some parts, slice unioleaf and
     small chlllies intoroud shapes, grind onions
     and garlic onions and garlic fine
2. Fry shallots,garlic and lamb meat,
    after fragrant , put cabbage,tomato,onionleaf,and small chilles
    in stir amoment .
    Add sweet kechup,salt and pepper to taste  
3. Finally pour the broth and let it boil until
    the lamb meat is cooked
4. served with rice
