FISH HEAD CURRY


FISH HEAD CURRY /
GULAI KEPALA IKAN



Ingredients :
1 red kakap fish head
6 shallots
3 cloves garlic
10 candlenuts
1 cm turmeric
6 red chillies
3 slices asam kandida
4 kapulaga
4 clives
4 jeruk purut leaves
2lt santan / coconut cream

Method :
a. cut fish head into some part then clean
boil fish head until cooked, then remove and
leak through
b. Grind shallots,garlic,cenlenuts,turmeric,and
red chillies till fine
c. Fry and spices above till fragnant,then put
boiled fish head in. Add asam kandis kapulaga,
cloves,jeruk purut leaves,and pour cococnut cream
Cook until boiling, finally give salt and pepper
to taste.
