FISH OF TOMATO /IKAN BUMBU TOMAT


Ingredients :

700 gr fresh fish water carp / gurami

4 shallots
2 cloves garlic
1 onion leaf
1 tomato
2 tbs tomato sauce
salt and pepper to taste

Method :
1. Clean the fish bowels,divide and get meat
then slice thinly, give salt and pepper to taste
let them a moment so that the spices can be soaked
after that fry sliced fish until cooked, take out
and serve on the oval plate.
2. Mince onions and garlic, slice onion leaf and tomato
then fry all spices, add tomato sauce, salt and pepper
to taste.
3. Stir evenly, then pour on the top of the fried fish.
4. Ready to serve
