CHILLIED LOBSTER /
UDANG KARANG BUMBU CABAI
1 lobster (500 gr)
2 shallots
2 red chillies
2 green chillies
salt and pepper to taste
cooking oil as needed
Method :
2. Slice shallots,red chillies,green chillies
thinly. get the water of lime.
3. Fry shallots,red chillies,green chilles with
a littele cooking oil until fragrant, then
put the meat in. Wait a moment.
4. add lime water,salt and pepper to taste, stir
until even
5. Take out and serve.
